TENDER BEEF BRISKET
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 -lb. boneless beef brisket
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine all ingredients except brisket in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add brisket and turn to coat.
- Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake 4 hours or until brisket is tender. If desired, thicken gravy.
