TENDER BEEF BRISKET

INGREDIENTS

    Tender Beef Brisket
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms     
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3 -lb. boneless beef brisket

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Combine all ingredients except brisket in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add brisket and turn to coat.
  • Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake 4 hours or until brisket is tender. If desired, thicken gravy.
